Itinerary
Your safari begins with a morning pick-up from your Entebbe hotel or the airport. Journey southwest through Uganda’s picturesque countryside, passing lush farmland, rolling hills, and small villages. Stop along the way for lunch and short photo opportunities. In the evening, after about 7-8 hours of driving, arrive at Ichumbi Hotel, Kisoro. Settle in, enjoy dinner, and rest up for the adventure ahead.

Day 1: Entebbe to Kisoro Transfer
After an early breakfast, head into Mgahinga Gorilla National Park for an exciting golden monkey trekking experience. With the guidance of expert park rangers, trek through bamboo forests and montane habitats of Mgahinga Gorilla National Park to observe these rare and playful primates in their natural environment. Watch them leap through trees and interact socially in small groups. After the trek, transfer to Ichumbi Gorilla Lodge for lunch and some relaxation. The afternoon is free to enjoy optional activities

Day 2: Trekking the Golden Monkeys in Mgahinga Gorilla National Park
Venture deep into Bwindi’s misty trails to track mountain gorillas in their natural habitat.
