Leonne Africa Safaris & Adventures Limited manages exhilarating safaris and adventures throughout the East African region.

We provide great and individualized tour services that consider our clients’ needs and interests. In addition, we assist foreign students/researchers who wish to conduct behavioural/social and wildlife conservation-related research in obtaining study permissions and approvals from Uganda’s mandated authorities. For clients interested in professional wildlife photography, filming, and documentaries, we have you covered as well. Our Values

Hamlet Mugabe is the Birding Safari Expert. He is trained from Mweka Wildlife College in Tanzania, and Cornell Lab of Ornithology; Cornell University, Sierra-Nevada Field Campus

Moses Nyago is the Team leader. Moses is an accomplished traveller and a University of Florida (USA) alumnus. His zeal for both tourism and wildlife conservation is unrivalled.

Yvonne Apiny Apudah is the Finance Manager. Along with her extensive travels, Yvonne possesses a happy, witty, and affectionate disposition. Her command of French is rather good, and handy for our French speaking clients.

Miguel Leal is a Safari Advisor. Miguel is from Holland, but currently staying in the US. He has previously lived and worked in Uganda, and East Africa. He loves travelling, and consulting.

Mustapha Nsubuga, Safari Expert and Head of field operations. Mustapha is also a carnivore researcher and safari maniac.

Our Team

We are five friends—Moses Nyago, Yvonne Apiny, Miguel Leal, Mustapha Nsubuga, and Hamlet Mugabe, with a vested interest in conservation and tourism who initiated Leonne Africa Safaris & Adventures.

We have all known each other for long, having worked together in the field of wildlife/biodiversity conservation and tourism. With a wealth of knowledge in the wildlife conservation and tourism, we raise the bar high for all wildlife-related safaris in Uganda and East Africa.
